Pages don't match with table of contents. Weird recipes.... ingredients I never heard of, such escarole; soppressata. Wanted down to earth, everyday stuff... identifiable... like meat and potatoes, pastas, vegetables etc... pretty useless.
This book does not have 1000 days of recipes nor 1000 recipes. It has only 81 recipes. No pictures except cover photo. Some grammar errors as though translated. The recipes included are very basic, nothing unique.
I appreciate this Instant Pot Cookbook. This book is amazing about 1000 Day Of Cooking with Your Instant Pot! Excellent variety of recipes. I am recommending this book to all my friends. I especially love the practical!
This is a good starter book for users, but the recipes are basic, typical American food, for the most part.
Though there was a lot of good infomation in this book, there was not alot that I would feed my family as we dont eat most of the things in the book.
No stars..not what I thought it was and can't get my money back
I purchased this book for a Christmas gift for my mom, who taught me the joy of food as a child and just bought an Instant Pot last week. I have made other recipes by the author in the past and always enjoyed her dishes, but don't have an Instant Pot; however, I couldn't help but flip through to get inspiration for my own cooking.I love this cookbook. The breadth of recipes is wonderful from ethnic foods to hearty winter stews. There are also delicious breakfast options. Best of all, the design of the pages makes it easy to gather ingredients and follow the directions with no hassle.
This cookbook has everything you need to know to use your Instant Pot. I love how there are also options to make so many sauces and ingredients from scratch! Can't wait to try out all of the recipes. Thanks author for creating us a new book for all of us!
